Payment
• Payment is accepted via PayPal in USD or EUR.
• Once the invoice is sent, payment must be completed within 48 hours.
• The commission will not begin until at least 50% of the payment is received.
• If I have already started working on your commission, no refunds will be issued.
• No refunds are available for adopts.Process
• After your commission is accepted, you will be placed on a waitlist.
• The commission will officially begin once the payment is received.
• The average turnaround time for artwork and illustration is 4–12 days.
• If you have a specific deadline, please inform me in advance.
• I will notify you when I begin working on your commission.Terms
• Do NOT trace, copy, edit, or resell my artwork.
• Base prices may increase depending on the complexity of the design.
• I do not draw: elderly characters or highly detailed robots.
• I may post WIPs on Twitter/Instagram; if you prefer your project to remain private, please let me know beforehand.
• Whenever I send you an update, please stay in touch and provide feedback or confirmation so we can finalize the commission to our mutual satisfaction.
• Always credit me as the creator of the illustration, design, commission, YCH, etc.
1. Commercial UseCommercial use of the model is permitted only after purchasing the commercial license (if applicable).
Without this license, usage is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.2. Author CreditThe buyer agrees to credit the artist as the model’s creator in a visible location such as video descriptions, stream panels, or social media posts with the following text:
“Model created by [Artist Name]” or similar attribution.3. Modification and RedistributionThe buyer may modify or customize the model for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or claiming the model as their own is prohibited.4. Model UsageThe model is provided “as-is” and is intended for rigging and animation in VTuber software.
The artist is not responsible for issues related to rigging software or third-party tools.5. Refunds and RevisionsRefunds are not available once the model files have been delivered unless the artist fails to deliver the agreed work.
Minor revisions are included as agreed upon; major redesigns may incur additional fees.6. Future CollaborationsAdditional outfits, accessories, or updates will be handled as separate commissions with their own terms and pricing.
